Little Lore Bits started as an idea about creating wearable art that would share stories from the past. This was sparked by a visit to The Morgan Library & Museum in Manhattan and seeing their amazing exhibit of ancient seals. I wanted to create tiny art pieces that held meaningful images imbued with history and stories.

The first projects were small pendants made from impressions of wildflowers found in Brooklyn tree pits, Shephard Purse and Nightshade flowers, and the folklore history I found out about those beautiful, teeny-tiny, flowers.

Every piece I sell comes thoughtfully wrapped and packaged with a document containing the folklore and history tidbits I have researched for that collection. I hope you enjoy discovering these tiny, fascinating, beautiful things as much as I do!
